Shipping Information
At Dadagroupsdnbhd, we currently ship to customers within Malaysia only. International addresses, Free Trade Zones, and P.O. Box addresses are not supported. All orders are shipped using our standard packaging. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
Orders received Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped on the next business day after payment verification.

Important Notes:
- Shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery
- During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
- To avoid delays during festive seasons, we recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance.

Tracking & Returns

Tracking My Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and a tracking number. You can visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

Carrier Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, we’ll reship at no charge if the error was ours. However, if the return is due to customer error, any additional charges for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
